Compassion has always been at the core of our hearts. From the very beginning, we felt a strong urge to help those denied even life's basic necessities.
Our humble acts were observed by Mrs. Sheela Navamani and Dr. Navamani, who shared our efforts with Mr. George Joseph of "Ashram International." They encouraged us to formalize our efforts — and thus, Eden Charitable Trust was born.
27+ years of unwavering dedication to serving the most vulnerable.
Mr. George Joseph provided the initial inspiration and took on the financial burden, laying the groundwork for the Trust's foundation.
Mr. A.T. David Johnson, Retired Income Tax Superintendent, became the Trust's very first donor, giving generously from his meager pension every month.
Today, Eden Charitable Trust is run by an inspiring group of dedicated women wholly committed to serving all of humanity.
